  I am 5’ 2” and for a supposed petite size, this dress has the sleeves attached too low, the length hung past mid calf, and it’s too large all over. The only thing properly placed was the waist. I bought a large to accommodate my bust at 40” though In hindsight I should have sized down as my waist and hips are more in the medium range. I could have altered this dress to make it work, but I know it would probably end up sitting in the closet never to be worn. The design was nice, and material okay, but it didn’t fit right so I returned it.
  Reading through the other reviews I see conflicting information about size and fit. Some who are petite say their dresses were actually too short, so I can only conclude that there is no consistency from dress to dress. You might get a dress that fits perfect, or you might get an ill-fitting dress like what I got. It’s all a matter of chance.
